Great CoreFit! Turn Out at the Law Day 5k!

Great time on Saturday at the Law Day 5k presented by OCBA for Team ShuffieldLowman - CoreFit!  All my SLW peeps did great, we even had a few of our kiddos place in their age groups!  Always good to see Staci Baker, who we cocktailed with afterwards - sadly, only Seth and I could participate, as Adam managed to break a toe on Friday - he was a great cheerleader for everyone!
